Jackson Support

Bryan with his brothers from Jackson, Mississippi at the John Perkins Center for Reconciliation, Leadership Training, & Community Development at Seattle Pacific University.

Thank you very much for your support through prayer and finances. Leadership Development is committed to walking alongside our friends in Jackson as they begin the process of starting a discipleship house near the Jackson State University Campus. Through the leading of John Perkins and in cooperation with the current operations of the Perkins Foundation, the discipleship house will seek to provide an opportunity where college men can connect with some of the business and spiritual leaders of Jackson and live together in community. The vision is to help connect the young men to Jesus and in turn help them see how we can use our lives to love our neighbors and revitalize our communities.

Bryan Grove, alumni of the Vision 16 community and the University of Washington, is committed to moving to Jackson and living in the house with the guys during this first year. After discovering a passion for working cross culturally in the Dominican Republic, Spain, Morocco and Africa, Bryan desired to practice and learn more about discipleship and reconciliation in the United States. Your contribution will go to helping Bryan with his financial needs and to the establishment of the Leadership House in Jackson, MS. Both one-time contributions and monthly donations are welcome.
