Upcoming National Prayer Breakfast 
Welcome to the Prayer Breakfast's online nomination from for invited guests from Washington State. Each year the Annual National Prayer Breakfast is scheduled for the first Thursday in February at the Washington Hilton in Washington D.C. Please Note: This event is by invitation only. See the information below for further details and instructions. We look forward to serving you.


Nomination Process
Registration for the National Prayer Breakfast is by state quota and is by invitation only.  To receive an invitation, you must have a nomination form completed and sent to the Seattle office.  From there, nominations are reviewed and forwarded to the National Office as appropriate.  Invitations will come from that office. 

There are two ways to complete a nomination:  1) filling in the requested information below, or 2) clicking on the fill-in form below, completing and saving it to your desktop and then emailing, faxing or mailing it to the Seattle office (see below for contact information).

Attendance as a Washington state guest at the National Prayer Breakfast is $625/person. This is made up of :

1)  National Prayer Breakfast events $500 per person (either paid by check made out to National Leadership Seminars, or by credit card information included on your printed out nomination form-see attached document below).  Of this, $300 is tax deductible as a donation allowing dignitaries from less affluent countries to attend.  This check or credit card information will be forwarded to the National Coordinating Office and you will receive a receipt from them.  Do not pay this portion on our website.

2)  Washington state guest events totalling $125 per person.  To submit your Washington State guest event payment, please click here.  You may choose to mail a check instead made out to Leadership Development at the address below.
